Residential Interior Renderings
>> I made these digital models and renders for Tiny Foundations, a company in Centerbrook, CT that
specializes in building Tiny Houses on trailers. I used Blender to model and design the interiors of these houses.
I mainly used royalty free models, textures, and HDRI's to complete the project, and modelled custom objects of things I wasn't able to find online for free.
I made four of these models, some of which are shown below. If you'd like to see the rest, go check out their website; all of my work is listed there.
Because Tiny Foundations is now doing turn-key builds, you can actually buy the Tiny Houses you see below!
Mechanical Modelling
>> Mechanical CAD makes up most of what I model. I make automata, fixtures for research applications, clocks,
and miscellaneous parts for school projects and personal projects. You can check out my automaton project series
in the
engineering tab.
After I model these mechanisms, I print them out using my 3D printer (Creality Ender 3). I'm hooked on
the feeling of seeing a project move from a mere idea, to the virtual world in CAD software, into a physical object in the real world.
Knowing that you moved a part through those dimensions—it's simply so cool.
Engineering Drawings
>> I made these drawings for Cofab Design, a design firm in Holyoke, MA that
specializes in biomedical and consumer products. I used Solidworks to create these drawings. The left is for a biomedical tray that is to be injection molded and mass produced.
The right is a drawing for a swage press which will be milled from aluminum stock and used in a PCB pick and place factory.
Residential Structural Modelling
>> From 2019-2023, a side project of mine was designing my own Tiny House which I hoped to build and inhabit. Structurally sound and custom to me,
I designed the framing and layout to facilitate the way I want to live my life in the future. A focus was placed on natural light and cozy nooks, plenty of
ways to reconfigure the space for large home projects or inviting friends over for dinner, and an emphasis on sustainability (passive solar and local, sustainable
resources).
Low Poly Modelling
>> I have been co-designing and building a low poly, PlayStation 1 style video game inspired by the original Silent Hill.
The storyline is adapted from a text based adventure game I wrote and programmed in Java. I am responsible for all the 3D assets: designing,
modelling, rigging, and texturing characters. As it is still under developement, I will post updates here in the future.
